ZEROO C4 & C5ZEROOクラシックシリーズの開発にあたり、私たちは新たな地平を目指し、C1からC3まで続いてきたクォーツから、機械式への完全な転換を決断しました。それは単にムーブメントを置き換えるという選択ではなく、時計づくりの思想そのものを「原点」へと立ち返らせる、静かで力強い変革の始まりでした。

ZEROO C4 & C5In developing the ZEROO Classic Series, we aimed for new horizons and made the decisive shift from quartz—which had continued from the C1 to the C3—to a complete transition to mechanical movements. This was not merely a choice to replace the movement; it marked the beginning of a quiet yet powerful transformation, returning the very philosophy of watchmaking to its "origins."
理想を形にするため、最新技術へ挑む5年前のC3開発以降、ZEROOのケース開発技術はたゆまぬ進化を遂げてきました。「今の自分たちなら、どこまで理想を具現化できるのか」その問いを起点に、最新のCNC技術を用い、これまでは困難だった側面を装飾するラインの造形と美しい薄さの共存に挑戦しました。
ムーブメントにはマイクロローターを採用
美しさと薄さを追求するため、メーカーとの共同開発により、裏面から覗くローターの意匠に至るまで徹底的に作り込みました。機械式ならではの奥行きと、洗練されたプロポーションを高次元で融合させています。
To shape our ideals, we challenge cutting-edge technology. Since developing the C3 five years ago, ZEROO's case development technology has evolved relentlessly. Starting with the question, "How far can we push our ideals now?", we employed the latest CNC technology to tackle the challenge of combining decorative lines on previously difficult surfaces with beautiful thinness.
Featuring a Micro-Rotor Movement
In pursuit of beauty and thinness, we collaborated with the manufacturer to meticulously craft every detail, down to the rotor's design visible from the back. This achieves a high-level fusion of the depth unique to mechanical watches and refined proportions.
4ヶ月の延長に込めた揺るぎない意志
今回の開発で、最も心血を注いだのはケース側面のラインでした。その造形の根底にあるのは、失えば二度とは戻らないかもしれない、かけがえのないものを包み込むという思想です。時間は流れ、決して立ち止まることはありません。その儚くも尊い存在を、両手で守るような器をつくりたい。この抽象的なイメージを形にするため、ケース側面のわずかな曲線にまで、徹底して向き合いました。一度は完成したサンプルを前にしてもなお納得には至らず、理想のラインを実現するため、開発期間をさらに4ヶ月延長。コストや効率よりも、造形の完成度を優先するという決断でした。それは、この「包容」の哲学を貫くために欠かせない時間だったのです。
The unwavering resolve behind the four-month extension
The most heartfelt effort in this development went into the lines along the case's sides. Underpinning this design is the idea of cradling something irreplaceable—something that, once lost, might never return. Time flows onward, never pausing. We wanted to create a vessel that protects this fleeting yet precious existence, as if held in both hands. To give form to this abstract vision, we meticulously refined even the slightest curve on the case's sides. Even after presenting a completed sample, we remained unsatisfied. To achieve the ideal line, we extended the development period by another four months. It was a decision prioritizing the perfection of form over cost and efficiency. This time was essential to uphold the philosophy of "embrace."

このモデルのために新たに開発されたブレスレットは繊細なケースデザインと有機的に結びつき、時計全体としてひとつの完成された造形を生み出しています。リンクの厚みはミリ単位での調整を繰り返しベストなバランスと付け心地を導きだしました。

Development of the ZEROO C Series Exclusive Bracelet
The bracelet, newly developed for this model, organically integrates with the delicate case design, creating a single, complete sculptural form for the entire watch. The thickness of the links was refined through repeated millimeter-level adjustments to achieve optimal balance and wearing comfort.
The ZEROO C4 & C5 are more than just precision instruments. They embody the pinnacle of Zero Time technology, giving form to quiet emotions. We present them as beautiful vessels designed to remain with you through life's "precious moments and precious people."
