About Warranty Repair

Please read the following to understand our policy as the warranty states.

Regarding the Repair:

We are committed to providing quality service and support. During the warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase, we will inspect, adjust, and repair any natural failures free of charge, including technical fees. However, if parts replacement is necessary due to damage inflicted by the user, the cost of those parts will be borne by the user. Each watch undergoes a thorough examination to determine the nature of the issue.

Regarding Shipping Costs:

Customers are required to cover both the round-trip shipping expenses and any customs duties. An invoice for these costs will be provided upon the completion of the repair. We are partnered with FedEx to offer you more affordable shipping rates. For your convenience, we will generate and forward the return shipping label to you.
