Return and Refund Policy (For Customers in the EU)

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Cancellations)
Customers residing in EU member states have the right to withdraw from the contract (return the product) for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. If you wish to request a return, you must submit a return application through the dedicated form ("Withdraw from Contract") on our website within 14 days of the product's delivery.

2. Product Conditions for Returns and Scope of Trying On
To be eligible for a return, the product must have been handled only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning—equivalent to how you would inspect a product in a physical retail store (i.e., for trying it on only). 
In the following cases, we may refuse the return or apply a reduction to your refund in accordance with "Section 5. Reduction of Refund Amount (Compensation for Diminished Value)":
* If protective films or tags have been removed.
* If there are any visible micro-scratches or signs of wear on the case, crystal, buckle, bracelet, case back, etc.
* If the bracelet has been resized, adjusted, or otherwise modified.
* If any accessories (outer box, inner box, warranty card, instruction manual, novelties, etc.) are damaged, defaced, or missing.

3. Exceptions for Made-to-Order and Custom Products (Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal)
[Important] In accordance with EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products, and returns or cancellations for convenience will not be accepted under any circumstances:
* Products personalized to your specific specifications (e.g., engraving services).
* Custom-made or custom-specification products manufactured according to your request, and completely made-to-order products.

4. Return Shipping Costs
In the event of a return for convenience, all return shipping costs, customs duties, and related fees shall be borne by the customer. 
To prevent loss or damage to the product, you must use a trackable shipping method with insurance covering the full value of the product.

5. Reduction of Refund Amount (Compensation for Diminished Value)
You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

If the product cannot be resold as new due to use beyond the scope of trying it on (such as wearing it for a period of time or carrying it outdoors) or due to missing or damaged accessories, we reserve the right to deduct the diminished value (the loss in product value or the costs required to recondition the product) from your refund, or to refuse the return altogether.

*Please Note: Mechanical watches are precision instruments. If used beyond the scope of a simple fitting even once, their value as a new product decreases significantly. Please be aware that if micro-abrasions on the bracelet, crease marks on the leather strap holes, odors (such as perfume), or magnetization are detected, a substantial deduction (up to 100% of the product price) may be applied, or the return may be refused.

1. 返品・キャンセル（離脱権）について
EU加盟国に在住のお客様は、理由を問わず、商品受領後14日以内であれば契約を解除（返品）する権利（離脱権）を有します。返品をご希望の場合は、商品到着後14日以内に、当社ウェブサイトの専用フォーム（Withdraw from contact）を通じて返品申請を行ってください。

2. 返品対象商品の条件と試着の範囲
返品をご希望の場合、商品は店舗で実物を確認するのと同等の範囲内（試着）でのみ取り扱われたものである必要があります。次の場合は、返品をお断りするか、または「5. 返金額の減額（価値減少分の相殺）」の対象となります。

保護フィルムやタグが取り外されている場合
ケース、風防、バックル、ブレスレット、裏蓋等に肉眼で確認できる微細な傷・使用痕がある場合
ブレスレットのコマ調整、またはその他の加工が行われた場合
付属品（外箱、内箱、保証書、取扱説明書、ノベルティ等）に汚破損、または欠品がある場合

3. オーダーメイド商品・限定カスタム商品の例外（適用除外）
【重要】 EU法に基づき、以下の商品は「14日間の返品権」の対象外となり、お客様都合による返品・キャンセルは一切お受けできません。
お客様の仕様に合わせてパーソナライズされた商品（刻印サービス等）
お客様のご要望に応じて製作した特注・カスタム仕様の商品、完全受注生産商品。

4. 返品送料について
お客様都合による返品の場合、返送にかかる送料、関税、および関連費用はお客様のご負担となります。
商品の紛失・破損を防ぐため、必ず追跡可能かつ商品代金全額をカバーする保険付きの配送方法をご利用ください。

5. 返金額の減額について（価値減少への対応）
お客様には、商品の性質、特徴、および機能を確認するために必要な範囲を超えた取り扱いによって生じた、商品の価値減少について責任を負う義務があります。

試着の範囲を超えた使用（一定期間の着用、外出時の携行など）や、付属品の紛失・破損によって商品の新品としての再販売が不可能な場合、当社は減額分（商品価値の減少額、または再商品化に必要な費用）を返金額から差し引く、あるいは返品を拒否する権利を有します。

※機械式時計は精密機器であり、一度でも試着の範囲を超えて使用された場合、新品としての価値が著しく低下します。ブレスレットの微細な擦れや、革ベルトの穴への通し跡、香水などの臭いの付着、磁気帯びなどが確認された場合は、高額な減額（最大で商品代金の100%）が発生する、または返品をお断りすることがありますので予めご了承ください。
