If you do not receive an email after a while, please check your spam folder or go to your order history to check the status of your order.
You can choose to pay by credit card, Paypal, convenience store or bank transfer. For more information, please follow the instructions on the cart page.
Items over 300,000 yen cannot be paid at a convenience store.
In Japan: the goods will be sent by Japan Post (e.g. Yu-Pack/Click Post).
International: international shipping is mainly via FedEx. Some areas cannot be delivered. Please contact us and we will check and reply.
We recommend that overseas customers do not specify a delivery address and always collect their parcels in person. If there is a problem with delivery, there is nothing we can do.
For orders from Japan, the prices shown on this site include the Japanese consumption tax. If you are ordering from overseas, the Japanese consumption tax will not be reduced.
We do not accept cancellations after the order has been placed. Please place your order after due consideration.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns of goods once they have been received. In the case of an initial defect, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt. We will inform you of the return procedure. Once we have received your return, we will send you the good item. We will send you an email with details of our returns policy and detailed regulations.
This website is based in Japan. If you are ordering from abroad, you will be required to pay the customs duty set by your country if you receive the goods outside Japan. We ask for your understanding in advance.
In the event that you are not at home, or in certain delivery areas, or due to epidemics, the delivery person may leave the package behind. In the case of high value items, we recommend that you receive your order in person whenever possible, as there is a risk of loss. Please contact the courier when you receive the dispatch notification to arrange a face to face pick up. Please note that there is nothing we can do in the event of a lost delivery.
ZEROO TIME Co. will pay the technical fee for repair of natural defects that occur within the warranty period (ZEROO TIME Co. will carefully determine whether the defect is natural or property damage after inspecting the item). The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping to and from ZEROO TIME Repair Center, as well as any customs duties (consumption tax) upon receipt in Japan. If a component needs to be replaced due to the condition of the watch, the customer may be asked to pay the actual cost of the components.
Repair request procedure:
1. Contact us by e-mail or form
2. Provide us with all the necessary information
-Part number of the watch(i.e. ZT001SBK)
-Please describe the problem in detail.
-Please include a detailed description of the problem.
3. We will send you a return shipping label and other documents
4. Pack the watch in the same way you received it (please use cushioning material to prevent the watch from moving in the box and being damaged during shipping)
5. When you have packed the watch, please request FedEx to pick it up at your nearest FedEx office.
6. We will notify you by email when we receive the watch.
7. After the repair is completed, please pay the shipping cost (we will send you an invoice from Paypal)
8. After payment is confirmed, we will ship the repaired product
If you are unable to use email or forms:
1. please send your watch to our repair center.
2. Please attach a memo with the following information (without the memo, the watch cannot be repaired and may be returned as is)

If we are unable to contact you by e-mail, we will send you an invoice for shipping and other charges in a sealed envelope. Bank transfer only. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. After confirming payment, we will ship the repaired product.
Warranty periods vary from watch to watch, so please check the owner's manual. ZEROO TIME Co. will pay the technical fee for repairing any natural defects that occur within the warranty period (ZEROO TIME Co. will carefully determine whether the defect is natural or property damage after inspecting the item). The warranty covers the movement. Accessories (straps, buckles, cases, etc.) are not covered.

*If the watch has been repaired by the customer (or by a third party such as a watch repair store), or if there are signs that the back cover has been opened, the watch may not be covered by the warranty.
*If the warranty card is lost, the warranty will not be honored.
